I've answered this yesterday and in my last post here in the thread, but I will repeat myself for others to see :)
The original type lasts 40-60 days after you start using the API
The new type will last till the last day of September. After that, the API will most likely stop working.

There was another change and it seems that accounts, which were supposed to work till the end of September may actually lose API access on September 19th (they may still work till the end of the month). If you're planning to use the whole balance till that day, you can get them as cheap as $7.5/account (still almost 5 days of usage left).
Want to buy 3+ of that type? Price is $6 via crypto and $6.5 via conventional methods.

Also, restocked the original type that can be used for 40-60 days without rushing :)

Accounts restocked. Unfortunately, I had to increase the price of the original accounts due to a change by OpenAI but the API is still working fine. You still have 40-60 days and do not have to rush using it.

There are also cheaper accounts that should work till 28th-29th of September if you plan to use them faster.

How long do we have to use these .70 accounts ? If someone buys 10 for example, do they have to use all within a certain time period?
 
My friend, what do you call instant? I paid for 5 .70 access 15 minutes ago, but still no APIs; this is not instant.

Instant = Once I pay, Before I put the card away or close the PayPal browser, i get the service
