Hey, openai is locking out new accounts. Do you have any solution for this? Our latest 4 accounts we bought have status 'deactivated' but we haven't start to using them yet. And older accounts that had still credit available are completely Deleted by the support. We have noticed that yesterday.

I do not see anyone who bought 4 accounts from me in the last two weeks, so I'm not sure if you are referring to me in particular. But, to answer your questions - I never sold new accounts (due to them being prepaid), so I do not know about what is happening to them yet.
As for old accounts - it seems that OpenAI got rid of most of the old accounts that had the old payment system.
And no, I do not have any solution to that, yet.
