I have an automated program for Instagram comments + private messages. Does anyone know how long the interval should be set and what is the upper limit of comments per day so that they will not be banned?

There are so many factors that go into this. On fresh accounts (less than 72 hours old) we send an average of 10 messages a day and 20-30 comments spaced out over the day.
For some aged accounts (30 days+) we can do over 300 comments in 24 hours and send over 60 messages a day.
Things to consider.
Niche, Audience, The quality of your messages and comments, Proxy quality to name a few.
Start slow and keep pushing it until you get pushback then restart and try again.

You can set a timer for 15 minutes to avoid being flagged for spam. The upper limit of comments per day is 100. If you exceed this limit, you may be banned.

What do you mean "proxies". My question maybe is stupid, but i don't know.

After the daily limit of 100 comments, Instagram doesn't allow you to comment for a certain period of time.
