I plan to build a PBN using an expired domain and create a money site.

This is my question
1. Is it still useful to use Spamzilla to find expired domains?
2. I have seen many experts' content and they say it is good to link with ahrefs. Is it okay to do that?
3. If I also need to subscribe to ahrefs, can I subscribe to the LITE version, which is the cheapest option at $99 per month?I
would like to hear the opinions of experts.Also, if there is a tool other than Spamzilla, please recommend it!!

Domcop is the best option for begainer with many filter options. for PBN you need to choose the fastes and reputable hosting company or take VPS hosting. also I like to use ahref is goode one I think.
