Sorry to interrupt but the 15 lineups got 2nd Gen USB-C and the pro models got the Latest 3rd Gen USB-C port with lighting and fast charging with such $799 pricing we should have got the latest Gen ports and a good 90Hz refresh rate (at least)

The phone is fine if you're upgrading from a X/11 version; but if you're going from the 14 pro to 15 the updates will feel less significant.

Still the best phones on the market.

The iPhone 13 works perfectly for me. I don't see a reason to upgrade to the iPhone 14 or 15 since the design and other features appear largely unchanged.

I've always used an Android, and this year I might bite the bullet and switch over to iPhone. The thunderbolt port was always a deal breaker for me. I already carry USB-C cables that can charge everything I use (laptop/phone/headphones/tablet), so the idea of having to deal with a separate charger (the most important one in fact) was always unacceptable. I will wait to see if they roll this out to their other accessories.

Android has become boring. Over time I've come to understand that trying to work on my phone is a waste of time. I might as well pull out the laptop if I want to do anything productive. The "revolution" of fast charging is also a double edge knife, you might gain a lot at the start, but your phone's battery degrades dramatically over the course of 1-2 years. I mainly use my phone for photos now, and the iPhone seems to do that better than every one phone. (The pixel included).

I had v8 for years before I switched to 12. Still using it and I have no intention to switch to another model before something major is improved. Anyway I use it just for testing and most of the time it lays on my desk or in my backpack.

Also, I don’t believe that it will get better in iPhone verse for another year or two. So if anyone needs to buy iPhone for job related tasks - you are good with version X or 11 (does same job, same OS, same screen, for much lower price)

They need a seperate branch of iPhone for gamers at this point who will like probably and appreciate this more. People that use the iPhone as productivity tools and appreciate the convergence and security iPhones bring, or your typical users looking for aesthetic innovation / something a bit different will not be impressed by the constantly miniscule changes imo, hence the crappy feedback they're getting imo.
