Its a python script, it runs on Terminal or any Python enviroment. It doesnt have a web version, its a software you can run it on your PC or online python enviroments. No its not s SAAS, you get the code and guide to run it yourself.

So my computer should be run 24 hours as you said we need to just run and forget about it. So, to run the script our pc should also be on 24 hours?
Do we need to buy any API to use the script?

No you do not need to buy any API for this, instead of running on your computer 24 hours you can set it up in online python enviroments, I have a guide which says you how to do that. So this way you dont need to keep your PC on everytime.
