Journalists are aware of this and Don't waste your time one this. No shortcut for getting Good links. Even you'll get 1-2 links luckily, the whole process is not worth it. - From my 3 years haro experience.

Not worth automating.

By automating, you may get low quality links from reporters. But for high authority sites, you need to write manually.
