About Jr. VIP Membership upgrade

Why i can not upgrade to Jr. VIP Membership by using paypal account balance?, i had $500 USD balance.
It enforced me to enter credit card details instead of using paypal balance.

Sometimes PayPal does that, send an email to their customer support for help.

It is a subscription and that always requires a credit card with Paypal.

Just use your PP balance to pay your CC bill when it becomes available.
