You should try to recreate the original site, just replace affiliate links to yours, replace the mailing vendor, etc.
It has nothing indexed in google, I have just manage to index the homepage of the site though. How can i take advantage of high DA of that site. Should I directly go for high traffic high competitive keyword or start slow with low keyword?

DA means nothing,l. If I were you, I'd start with a medium keyword or two and see how they perform.

which affiliate program should I promote?
Yes, its ranking in 1st page for some article that I posted, It has no backlinks so its solely ranking because of high DA. So, I think it will rank may be for 2-3 months before google starts to de-rank the site. That's why I am looking for suggestion what should I do with this site.

Yup but with custom prompts or human touch. Don't copy and paste. Do some keyword research, make outline for each keyword and create good content with AI.

Probably the only two worthwhile comments on this painful thread.
People aren't going to spoon you everything, do some keyword research and post content on your blog, it doesn't matter in theory if the content is somewhat AI and use Grammarly to touch up the grammar.
