You have two options here. First, you can sell it to someone who has a fascination with DA. It's fast cash. The second one is to build a site based on the previous niche. Go to the Wayback Machine, have a look at that website's history, and build something like this. BOOM!!! though there is no guarantee of success, by the way. I would suggest you try low-KD keywords first.

The #1 thing to do is to check whether the DA is actually backed by powerful; high-quality websites (because DA can be easily inflated through empty links and redirects). Put your website in Ahrefs or any other seo tool and see the top backlinks in terms of traffic and DA/DR. Do the top 10 links come from highly reputed websites with high traffic?

If yes, then move to the next step. If no, then your domain is probably just a spammy domain with little SEO value.

Now you know that your 80+ DA domain is actually a goldmine, the best use of this domain would be to install wordpress on it and turn it into an authorirty site.

Plug in your domain in archive.org to see what it was all about in the past. Re-build the site in that niche (because Google considers you an expert in that very niche) and start posting quality articles around the niche.

On my opinion I would suggest you to provide excellent content or to offer guest posting opportunities to other sites in your field to improve SEO, authority, and possibly revenue.

As you mentioned you have high da so upload articles (original content) and start affiliate , also for niche I would say casino.

If you have a product or service to sell, you can use your high DA website to set up an online store. This can be a great way to reach a wider audience and generate more sales.

Just build more contents to bring decent traffic
