I am selling because I haven’t been putting any effort into this site.

And I have other projects to focus on.

So I’m looking to get rid of the site quickly.

The site is not monetized currently. But there is a decent amount of traffic.

I was originally planning to create a digital product.

Really, an overall good opportunity if you want to start with a site that has some trust already.

No guest posting was done, just foundational links to the home page.

The site has a solid design overall and a custom logo.

It did get hit, a bit but still getting 200-300 clicks per day

The spike was from testing a traffic bot
 
Curious if you would consider accepting around $750, could move a bit on that. Would also be interested to know, are you including the source code for the AI generator?

Seems like an interesting project.
