[Journey] Building a Mobile Apps Empire

This will be my diary to share thoughts and ideas with myself and you.

so when ever i feel hopless i come here and read and remeber where i have came and where im going

I will start building apps and publishing them on the Play Store. I have chosen Flutter as my development platform.

I have already conducted some small experiments with apps in the Play Store that were somewhat successful. I made some simple and basic apps that generated a small amount of passive income.

So, today, on 14/05/2023, at the age of 22, my journey starts.

What I have right now is:

1. Google Console Developer account, planning to get more later

2. Multiple Ad network accounts (I'm not going to rely on one network)

3. Some knowledge about the field , I spent a good amount of time reading articles, listening to podcasts, and talking to people in the mobile field.

How am I planning to make money from the apps?

Mainly through ads.

How will I drive traffic to my apps?

I will figure it out along the way.

Notice: This is not the type of journey that motivated newbies start and then give up after 5 minutes. This journey will be hard, slow, and boring, and this is the path I have chosen to walk.

That's a nice approach .I will suggest you to use CodeCanyon to get app ideas ,productivity tools are best in app category to make passive income

Lots of people buy acqs, but I wouldn't risk it. It's very easy to get banned.

Yeah that would be the average. starting was slow so we make 200-300 USD each month. Then after some time the app started to take off and we reached 1000-1500$.
Thankyou I'll think about it and write a proper thread of my journey and the things I learned along the way.

Journey Revived
This journey has been resurrected from death by the will of the gods. For multiple reasons, I have put this journey on hold for a year after I created this thread, and I have one thing to say: *!@# my dumb lazy ass.
With no more time wasted, let's go.
I have bought an Apple Store account for $100 and an iPhone device for another $120. I make the apps with Flutter; I'm not an expert on it , my coding skills are basic, but I can ship product.
I don't have a macOS device, so I'm using VMware , it's super slow, but as a broke guy, I do with what I have.
I will update this thread every Sunday; it will be my personal journal where I will share my successes (hopefully) and defeats (haha), anyway.
I published one crappy app at the end of January as a test and just finished another crappy app and published it; hopefully, it will be accepted.

The quality is garbage, and I'm not satisfied at all; I should work on improving the UI and UX quality for future apps.
As a note, I have made $2 from the app that I published on the journey using Unity Ads.2$ on 2 months My AdMob account got suspended, and Applovin started demanding that apps should have at least 1000 downloads for them to activate monetization start io is garbege , so the best ad network for monotazing apps in 2024 is unity ads if you dont have an admob.
So what is the plan?
Well, I have started brainstorming app ideas and doing research on Sensor Tower, as well as doing extensive research in the Google and Apple Store.
I have got my degree from university and applied for jobs but got no answers, so this journey is my main job.
I will work 24/7 until victory or defeat; I have no other chance, comrades.
I will keep grinding and pumping apps until the juicy $$ starts coming to daddy or I get my ass kicked from the Apple Store; no third option.
