Best IT field to go into?

I work in Germany, in a field far far away from IT. I have very minor coding experience but I am tired of my current job and wish to get an IT job.

I need suggestions based on -

1. This IT field can be done remotely also if needed.
2. Has enough job offers in Germany
3. This IT skill can be learned alone online.
4. This IT field has a safe future.
5. This IT skill can be used to make a business out of it.

In my eyes, Data Analyst is one job that checks all the points. Is there any other field that I missed and checks all these points?

I am open to any suggestions and opinions.

• Administration (System, server, containers, etc.)
• Helpdesk
• Design services (graphics, animations, etc.)
• Programming/Development/AI (too broad i know)

Can you be more specific about the AI? Looking for mode coding based jobs.

• Training models (LLMs for example)
• Training custom version of existing models (e.g., uncensored versions - adult industry already exploits it to some extent)
• API development/API bridge dev (you can sell it too)
• Developing AI chatbots (can be used in multitude on niches and i think it won't die any time soon - affiliate/IM marketing and e-Whoring are just a few of them)

I've thought a lot about this. I would say that definitely Data Sciences are currently the most demanded topic.
Before the AI it was massive, but now it's explosive.
