10M views per day... Sit on a Goldmine

Now my golden days finally seems to be here.

Quick explanation :
After making some mid-good revenues with Amazon FBA I started working in the family business, started recording some reels on IG and literally destroyed the platform with a 238 M views in single reel gaining more than 200k followers in 1 month.
Got hacked very quickly but in 5-6 months I have made another account with unique reels making millions and millions of views every day and a total of 350k+ followers.

I started Youtube 3 months ago doing SHORTS, 2 months later they got tractions ending in making 10 millions+ per day in views, I become eligible for monetization and today got my first calculated revenue:

RPM : 0,002$
Revenue: 54,71 $

I got a bit upset for the RPM reveal.
I understand this is still very beneficial for the Brand but since I don't want to get paid to keep the factory running after hard times (Covid and War) and now It's been 2 years I am living at 28 y/o without a paycheck, I would like to understand If It make sense to keep posting on Youtube hoping to make a decent salary.

My questions are :

1)What could be the RPM of Channel making entertainment satisfy videos? (e.g.Hydraulic Press or Sand Tagious or David Beck)

2)Will my RPM growing posting more an with time? (currently 3 months old account, 9 Shorts, 60.000 Sub )

3)Will making long formats video, above 8 min, increasing my probabilities of paying my Girlfriend a dinner ? ( I actually have a company profile video that has nothing to do with my strategic contents having 1000 views and it's RPM is 0.06$, I still have to eat Ramen with that ratio...)

The RPM is probably not gonna get much higher. Shorts itself is quite shit when it comes to making revenue anyways. You will need to find another way to make money outside of the YouTube ads.
Have you tried funneling the viewers to longform content?

Based on your name I assume you do some glassblowing? You could also create an Etsy page to get some custom requests from your viewers.
Also make sure to regularly post to Instagram (reels).

Yes it's the factory Channel, I cannot do more than filming the process and getting tons of view but our products are really expensive and doesn't convert much in terms of sales for the factory

Correct, we already have our business, that is quite suffering because of the super high energetic costs, war and Covid... The glass is something very very hard to craft and the customs request ending in spending lots of money and efforts for something not that remunerative, we have our B2B business that keep the worker's family eating but it's hard.

Yes it's the factory Channel, I cannot do more than filming the process and getting tons of view but our products are really expensive and doesn't convert much in terms of sales for the factory

I think there are things that you can do. I can generate a few ideas for you.
But I need to know more.

YouTube Shorts is not going to feed your family and this is completely unrelated to your niche. It doesn't work the same way as regular videos since there are no ads.
There's a big YouTube Shorts fund that gets distributed across all creators eligible. Therefore I would strongly advise you to find a way to turn those viewers into fans and potentially paying customers one way or the other.
Your niche is very specific and if you say that doing work based on custom requests is not lucrative for you then it's going to be hard.

As I said I would look into longform content and try to trick the algorithm by thinking outside of the box.
But I can guarantee that your CPM/RPM will be higher than it is right now with Shorts. Also don't even bother with Snapchat. Rather look into TikTok for reach.

It’s not that easy to be honest, considering the typical user behavior of doom scrolling while looking at YT Shorts. People don’t even remember the video they watched 15 secs ago.

You need to give your viewers a reason to check out your normal videos. Without knowing a lot about the actual videos one possibility is to tease in Shorts and only show the full result as longform content. Just tell the viewers at the end of each video to see the full result to visit your channel. You can add the URL in the description as well. It’s like a cliffhanger from your favorite TV show.

Thank you for your advice could be a solution, but as you said the finished result would not be as entertaining as the crafting process so I am thinking of giving a try making horizontal video of different working process and check if they will have a proper life…

Just a thought that I had - Are you able to create things out of glass that are not your usual glasses, vases, etc.? I'm thinking of creating stuff that is outside of the box that help your branding, potentially leading to custom requests by wealthy people.

Dude, I think you can gradually get your viewers used to long videos, try to keep them on Instagram first, and then make them addicted by extending the video duration.
