Aside from Upwork and Fiverr, are there any job boards for hiring Philippines freelancers to do contract work?

I have checked a few freelancers and work-from-home Philippines FB groups but they are all PT and FT job opportunities and pay by hourly.

Also, you could do it on onlinejobs.ph, I've got a bunch of freelancers from there.

Caveat emptor - Most of them can do very basic things, so you'll need to train them, but if done, you can get writers and web designers for much cheaper
