I run an Etsy store with exactly 250 sales (50+ 5 star reviews) now, relatively high ticket ($50-$250 per sale with <50% margins depending on ad spend typically). My products are in sort of a copyright grey-area since each item involves (likely) trademarked logos and brands, I guess Etsy interprets it as "handmade" even though I use a partner for production and fulfillment.

I'm looking to wean out of this though into something more consistently viable, and less at risk for getting shut down or even litigation (worst case scenario).

Any tips for a (relatively) established store with a good reputation + decent SEO placement to pivot?

Think about it - do you want to make the product yourself or do dropshipping? Or it is possible to make the product partly by yourself: for example, printing on T-shirts, etc. And start from this decision when choosing a product for sale.
You can see what they sell on Etsy, what kind of competition in a particular niche, what sales, what profits and maybe you will find a product for sale that will not violate the rules of Etsy and you can sell it yourself.

If you start selling products in a new store that violate the Etsy rules, then you will not even make the first sale as your store will be blocked)
It is better to invest your time, effort and money in finding legal products and focus on developing a store with these products. What product to choose? - I can't decide for you. at a minimum, you need to understand whether you plan to make the product yourself or resell something.
If you still want to sell goods prohibited on Etsy. Then you need a lot of shops, so that in case of blocking one, you have a few more working ones in stock.

Problem is, shipping from my country is pretty expensive.
Sent out a piece of fabric (weight less than 300gr) to Europe, cost me $65 :cry

The best traffic is organic on Etsy itself. Followed by social networks - Instagram, Facebook.

It all depends on the competition in the niche. Usually, if the competition is no more than 100 thousand for the main keyword, then I can get the listings I need on the first page of the search in less than a month. After that, there are already organic sales and search.

1. If you clicked on a link from an email from your IP address, and not through a proxy, then Etsy can see it. Use the mail associated with the account from the same proxy on which account.

Running ads does not guarantee that you will have sales. You need to analyze the store and the niche in which you sell, and then it will be clear what needs to be done so that you have sales
