I was checking here but I can't seem to find an answer to this: When someone opens a dispute against you, is there any special notification, apart from the quotes and @mentions in the bell alert notification box?

Or do the marketplace mods/admins/automatic bot/whatever, send some extra notification, like a PM?

I've been browsing a little in the dispute section and I've seen some forfeits now and then and it looks weird that people could forfeit so easily, so it makes me think that they simply did not notice the dispute for any reasons.

99.9% of the time they get a warning that is related to the dispute so they are aware.

Yup, it is expirable of course once things clear up but we do warn them for a couple of reasons, one being a paper trail.

Ok, I was thinking that this was dispute => forfeit => instaban
