How to make your first 50k as an OnlyFans manager/agency

Did you try to run onlyfans with bought content? This wouldn't require finding a creator, just buying a photo pack with hundreds of photos, but not sure if it would give best results.

Sounds good to me, but could you give a little more detailed explanation? For example, to start in OF, not as an agency but as a model, I would like to know suggestions about the niche that I should choose

- I don't need SSN, just the name of their company and registration number to check a few things that are available on Google.
- Any reputable agency has a website, I never heard about anyone going to work without a contract agreement. I don't know where are you from but what will you explain to authorities if there is a police raid in your studio and they will see 2-3 naked girls? Without a company and contract, you are taken into the police custody in the next minute.
- 7 figures in a year must be an exception. There are a few thousand agencies, how many of them make 6-7 figures a year? This is the same as Hustler University, there are over 200k members but only 2000 of the users claim to make money, this is 1% what about the 99% of them?
- I talk negatively about remote chatters, not about the industry because I was in this industry in the pandemic (I closed after two top models left, I made 90% of the money from them streaming on camsites and OF)
- I don't talk about Bhad Badie, I talk about the average people, not about the biggest one. All the models from OF I talked to, they said making $1k - $3k per month but this is also combined with streaming on webcam.
- Asking questions is not a problem, it is a way to learn new things, so relax and enjoy.

I personally don't mind the questions tbh. It's all good! For everyone asking I'm sure there are a lot more reading and having those same questions.

I'll reply to a few of those points:

- Yeah, the vast majority of agencies have a site lol... And you're finished without a contract. It's not really about tying down an individual to pay you commission over a certain amount of time; it's more about making sure you have a right to be holding certain types of content on behalf of your talent. Don't play around with that.

- 7 figures a year is 100% an exception. I made this thread for a reason. So many courses are being bought in this space because of false hope that it's easy to make 7 figures from this. It's not. 99% of people should be starting off with a more realistic goal of 50k (which is still not easy). The reality is, most people don't have the correct network to build an agency up to 7+ figures.

- I still disagree about remote chatters / VA's lol. PM'd you an example of a big group that uses a ton of VA's / remote chatters.

- Also, that's exactly why I gave a target for 5k a month. People need to be realistic when getting started. There are thousands of creators making 50k+ a month but that is the exception, not the rule.

It's much less about content and much more about setting your creator up to make connections with fans. Without that connection the value of the content is significantly diminished. Keep in mind, there is a TON of free content online already.

1) Your natural/current look will decide for you.

2) If you're dead set on picking a specific niche then I'd recommend going with something that suits your look and also a personality you can match: If you've got tattoos and enjoy making fun of people then go check out findom lol.

3) You can A/B test which niche works best for you with exploring posting on different Subreddits and seeing what performs the best. Lastly, your DM's will pretty quickly tell you what niche your subs think you're in.

Cheers!
Great short guide! Thanks

Np!

Thanks for the advice bro! I'll try it! The problem is, OF is new for me, i mean this world is totally new for me, i'm inspecting all the ways to win money.

Thank you so much for this guideline. I already review this for at least 3 times.
Currently struggling with my first model. Tried IG mother/slave and bumble. But not profitable.
Proxies are more expensive than subs. Now I'm try Tiktok(free traffic) following this guideline.

You tried Bumble and it wasn’t profitable? Really? How many acc’s were you running?

IG M/C is definitely tried and tested for driving all kinds of traffic. Not just OF. Proxies aren’t cheap but running 25+ acc’s (properly) will 100% get you positive ROI with your model. It takes time man. Proxies are an investment.

I’d have to know a bit more about your specific issues / see the model but sometimes all you need is a little momentum and social proof to get an account moving. When we struggle with a starter account we sometimes will pivot into a free account. You’ll deal with a ton of time wasters yes, but, if you’re not a busy account anyways it doesn’t matter. Any subs, free or otherwise give you a chance to convert a sale. The real money always comes in the chats.

Once you hit enough subs you can always add a VIP account (paid) which you then can try and convert free subs over to that page as well as fresh traffic.

Good to hear you’re working on TikTok. Depending how you’re doing it, focusing on your model going live as much as possible should get the ball rolling for you.

Goodluck man

Hi @balaklava Nice thread, very informative to the new entrepeneurs here.

I currently have a big network of young females that i know, and i want to apply this business model to leverage from them.
I am already in the Nomad life for a while now. Doing entrepeneurship in niches such as Digital Marketing and E-Commerce.
But i really want to go deep now in this, because i know i can make this happen.

Can i text you on TG so we can talk about this and help eachother to the next level?

Looking forward to hear from you!

Thank you for the informative post, and keep it going!

Mojojo

Nice man. Before you start reaching out to that network make sure you've got the infrastructure set up so you're not burning bridges.

And we're not looking for partners right now I'm sorry.

Thank you for the kind words though brother! Happy to help wherever I can.

How do you share revenue with your creator? And do you have sample contract?

The split varies but typically 50% of net (after OF fee). For bigger, more established creators it's a different structure entirely.

I could probably post a sample contract here some day no problem.

Sup @balaklava , just looked up some topics of yours, and i'm interested in the whole OF thing with chatters and agencies. Wanted to make start somewhere. It's kinda hard to find someone now to hook you up with informations about that. I'm interested in the work and i want to see if there's job available.
Sorry for going offtopic, i couldn't find any message service here.
If you are interested here's my Discord: cofilations
Sorry again for offtopic comment:)

Hi. Very cool and valuable information, it's very relevant for me at the moment. I'm just starting out in the OF niche and would like to consult someone who has a lot of experience. Can you tell me if there is such an opportunity?

I don't do paid consulting but if you've got any questions lmk I'll try to answer…

I’m interested in learning more from you! Could you please dm me and let me know where you get your chatters from? Thank you in advance :)

Hopefully some people find this moderately useful, apologies for my long winded tone...

Just like my post on finding creators for OnlyFans, I’m still pissed off seeing all of these “gurus” sell courses for hundreds about how to make 7 figures as an OF agency. I’m going to be honest, for 99% of you, that’s probably not going to happen. Our agency has moved away from blackhat/anonymous OF marketing and finally begun working with large influencers. It’s taken us years (and lots of failures) but we are scaling to hopefully near 8 figures this year. It takes lots of experience and a large network to make this happen. Don’t fall for the BS and spend money on a course. Please.

That doesn’t mean I don’t think almost anyone can make around 4k-5k a month by putting in less than a few hours a day into it… and I think it’s pretty simple!

Here’s how I would earn 4k+ a month if I was to start again today:

1 - Finding the talent: A while back I wrote a post about how to get your first OnlyFans creator as a new agency. I didn’t include everything in there for obvious reasons but it’s still a decent resource to get started. FYI, the best resource for talent is your own network. I PROMISE you, you know someone who knows an OnlyFans girl. Get creative…

2 - Choose your creator wisely. Do not partner with anyone who wants to be anonymous. It’s a totally reasonable request and we’ve worked with lots in the past but for YOU, who wants to make your first 50k, it’s not a good fit. You need someone who is happy to use their own social media accounts.

3 - Right off the bat, make it clear that the talent has to handle their posting on social. If they don’t live in a tier 1 country you can help set them up so they get the correct traffic but DO NOT post on their behalf when you start. Since you’re new this can be overwhelming with managing everything else and it’s a time killer. If you get push back on this you can explain that it’s to make sure their accounts don’t get shadow banned from multiple logins.

4 - Paid or Free OF? Simply put… up to you. I would personally recommend for most small acc’s to go with this model: $9.99 a month with the first month 50% off. If you want social proof at first you can offer a 24hr free trial for a while.

4 - If you need an extra boost for traffic consider bringing in traffic partners. But I would be very careful about this. They can absolutely destroy your margins. I would personally recommend being patient and scaling up your creators personal socials leveraging consistent TikToks/Reels etc… it takes time but it’s worth it in the end.

5 - Quality chatters. Hire them. Don’t handle this yourself. Don’t over spend and pay an insane commission to chatters but treat your chatters well and they will repay you tenfold. This is the biggest part of the business that can kill your time. Quality chatters can handle everything inside OF for you: Posting and chatting. If you want to learn what to look for in decent chatters DM me and I’ll give you more info. PS: I don’t offer chatting services nor will I ever try and sell you any service; I just don’t want to post publicly too much about rates etc…

6 - Optimizing content flow. Use a shared folder of some sort (iPhone / google folder) and have the creator upload all of their OF content to this. Make sure the creator has a mix of feed style posts but also posts that can be upsold in a funnel in the chats. You new chatters can explain this to you.

7 - OnlyFans is like any other business: Generating traffic and then converting it. I’m staying very basic on the marketing side for a reason but honestly any female creator who consistently posts on TikTok (daily) will generate traffic. Drive that traffic to your creators IG and then funnel that over to OF via a link tree and also IG stories.

8 - To help automate, provide a content template for your creators to then map out themselves. Have them share it with you so you can monitor it throughout the week. Provide the talent with content examples, ideas and even give them a brand feel that you want them to follow for their socials. You can provide them with content ideas weekly. Use places like TikTok creative centre if you don’t know where to start to look for trends. Provide them with the plan but leave the heavy lifting up to the talent.

9 - My honest income estimates (conservative but realistic for newbies) for basically any creator who posts consistently on socials and has a quality chatter doing a 4:1 chat/sub ratio would be:

Month 1 - $500 - $1k
Month 2 - $2k
Month 3 - $4k
Month 4 - $5k (might peak out there for some lower end talent)

It’s not as sexy as what the gurus say: "$25k per month per creator within x months" but that’s honestly just not going to happen for most people nowadays. Especially at the beginning while you make a ton of mistakes. Yes, people do make $100k a month per creator but that takes a combination of lots of skill on your teams part and also very quality talent. You'll get there eventually but it takes time.

10 - Don’t over-promise, be honest and over-deliver. Remember, you’re not selling management, you’re selling trust.

11 - With your cut of 50% though and only expense is chatting... after 4 months you’re already taking in some money. It’s now time to gently scale…

12 - Referrals! Your creator now trusts you and it’s time to leverage her network. A little secret: basically every OF girl knows another. Set up a meeting with her and tell her you're scaling and that you’re offering a 10% cut of your revenue to her if she knows anyone. It’s decently likely that before even this point she will have referred you to someone but if not, this should do it. 10% referral only lasts for 12 months.

13 - Rinse and repeat! After 2 or 3 creators you can decide whether you want to scale your business into an agency and you will have learned all of the real secrets to success in this business. I can promise you that if you stay consistent you can earn 50k a year without putting in much more than a few hours a day. It’s all about being realistic to yourself and the creator about what the results will be and how long they will take to acheive. The people who fail in this business are the over-promisers and the people who rush.

14 - Don’t over complicate this. Please. Those gurus make this seem so scary with so many components to overwhelm you so you feel like you NEED their secret knowledge. Just start slowly and have your creator post on 1 or 2 channels at first. After a few months if you’re making money feel free to start experimenting on places like Reddit, dating apps etc…

15 - I've been very fortunate in my life and I believe strongly in supporting people who are trying something entrepreneurial; if you've got more questions shoot me a message! I don't believe in scarcity and I think this market is big enough for a lot more WELL INTENTIONED people.

Again, I will never try and sell you a service or a course.
thank bro

very interesting thread, I have seen that some accounts put 40$ with a 90% discount the first month, do you recommend this?
