how is it possible to pay 15% fees for stipe payment? can you explain? is it you that apply these fees?
 
very bad fraud quality score. Don't buy these proxies. I am a customer for three months now, the first weeks some (still below 30%) Socks 5 proxies worked fine, but for a couple of weeks it's fucked up. it's close to 0%
