Got 2 links as review copy and this is my review of it
Both the domains had good domain authority, one was 35 and the other 60. Couldn't find any artificial links to increase DA, not at least through MOZ.
Both domains were general niches.
The articles were very good of about 400 words, I personally prefer long articles for my PBN links just to keep the content relevancy for the spiders a little better when the links are posted on general blogs.
Link placement was in the most natural form and the content seem to give a feel to have written around it rather than giving a feeling of just throwing the links around into the blog post.
Fresh domains and setup had literally no footprints, except two points, one is to give a logo to the site and the other is to give a favicon. This gives that genuine blog kick to it.
These links can definitely form part of your overall link-building effort.

Quality: 1 of the 3 domains was of superior quality, the one that you want. Other 2 were okayish. Domains do not look spammy at all. They have got a fresh look and feel.
