No, you don't need banking information to list items. The time to add your bank information is after your first order, usually within 1 or 2 months depending on your account.

I see you have verified ebay accounts on sale, I was wondering if get an account how will I be able to withdraw the funds to my bank in this case Payoneer since I'm not from the US so the name on the ebay account and bank will be different so I wouldn't be able to attach a bank and in my case Payoneer.

It's also a concern for sellers outside the US; some Virtual Bank Accounts (VBA) might work with eBay.

Start selling when your eBay seller account (from the day you become an active seller) is at least 1 month old. eBay scans the 1-month-old and 3-month-old milestones. If you successfully pass the 1-month-old milestone, you'll have a 90% safety assurance as long as you don't violate any selling rules.

So you saying I can open new eBay account with my name after period of the time? I'm the topic starter. My account got banned over a year ago now. I can't use any other information than I used before because I used my real name. I can use different phone number though.

I did that like 7 times and talked to different reps. Provided ID, bills etc. They don't tell me what's wrong, just saying they can't help. Just to clarify, I'm not doing any shady things and actually in the process of getting a trademark.

7 times is too many, consider having a few other stealth accounts to start over.

Can't really have stealth account on this one. Needs to be real under my name. I'm investing into the company time and money. I will try to open another account once again (it's been a year already). And if it doesn't work, just move on.

You need a process of warm up the ebay account first before sell products
