hello BHW, i have a problem, i have a shopify store where I sell digital products , after facebook ads and google ads (but not at the same time) I got this results in 7 days, there are good number of visitors, maybe 13 add to cart and 7 reached to checkout but no sale, I don't know what exactly I'm wrong in it, any expert could help me?

By no means am I an ads expert but if you have a Facebook pixel installed then you should retarget those ATCs after you have a significant number/data on that.

I didn’t installed pixel because my business manager is restricted, but is re targeting ad can make any conversation, or make cta to those who are added products to cart or reached checkout via email marketing

You should remove the "cart page" and when someone clicks on buy it takes them straight to check out where they input details
try reduce friciton

I have PayPal payment gateway, i request from payoneer to add their payment gateways to my shopify store, but the problem is i have alot of visit and clicks compared to checkout

Hey I saw you having some checkout problems. Are you targeting people from a specific a country or you can say what people visited you the most(from what region/country) and pressed the checkout button. You should add Stripe immediately as one of the payment methods if possible.

Stripe isn’t available in my country, payoneer jsut added this feature in shopify I contact them for that

Perhaps the prices are too high or your products aren't as attractive. Have you thought about this?

Hm okay then payment way cant be the problem if you have paypal. Yo can get a lot of clicks and stuff with max click campain but they are just spam more or less if ya dont optimize your stuff. Maybee i missed it but you working with convo tracking ? First few days camapin is trash everytime after first convos and swap the rate gets better. Did you let adwords learn the 5 days it needs or dou you change something and rest a few times ?
