this program has nothing to do with "global warming", the bottom line is that for people who have high electric bills of $200 or more can save a lot of money when they finance a system. A friend of mine used to pay $600 per month, he now pays $90, if you want proof I will be happy to provide it to you. The cost of solar is going down, electricity rates are going up.. it's a fact.

yea only thing is there solar systems are like 20k-37k so I dont know about making a ton of conversions. plus what they payout aint shit compared to what they make.
