Youtube updated their algo. In order for your views to count when using ldplayer you have to do next:

First, your proxy time zone and device/browser time zone needs to match each other. If this doesn't match youtube will drop all views you send.
Use HQ proxies that prevents maschine scanning. LQ proxies usually don't have deffence against scanning and they can see that your maschine ip for specific proxy is ubuntu and your device is for example android . I don't recommend using rotating proxies anymore, these were working but not anymore. Use vps closest to your proxies because youtube measures RTT using websocket. Check if your ip's are detected as spam.

Using appclonner can help a lot few clients are using them. I am not affiliated with them so use with caution.

My Honest Review:

Can this program give each ld player a different proxy ip and environment?
And is it possible to stream, watch shorts videos, and watch regular videos?

Yes it can, it creates different environment for every ldplayer created if you want it to do so.. Or it can launch and automate already created profiles..
