We do have Google Voice on our list of verification services. But I should warn you that our numbers are all on a first come first serve basis and Google Voice from what I heard has been selling out extremely fast on a daily basis.

Since I don't know exactly what happened with that customer I can't speak on that comment. However, if our credit processor comes back and reports a payment as fraudulent then any account which used that payment would automatically be banned and any credits in the account would be frozen or zeroed out. A credit charge back would also result in the same thing. If someone simply didn't want to use our service after purchasing credits on our site by credit card, we are more than willing to refund the purchase as long as it was made within 30 days, they simply have to contact us and let us know. We usually ask for a reason but the entire process would not take you more than 1 or 2 messages to complete then it is simply waiting for the credit company to refund the payment.
I don't know what he/she is talking about in regards to not providing a service. We offer number rentals for services in multiple time durations, some of which can be extended and some cannot. If we don't have a number available immediately then a request into put into queue and a number will be provided within 72 hours. Our site has been in service for the past few years continuously.
We don't collect customer information, we don't even keep any credit card information. Credit card payments are handled by our credit processor, any information that someone agrees to save is also kept with them. If you are worried about credit card information, we also accept multiple crypto currency payments.
