Puzzled with abnormal reach on first post - How do they do it?

Hello experts of BlackHatWorld! I was puzzled with the a particular Instagram account that was shared with me yesterday. The account in question has joined IG in July 2023, their first reel stands at 940K views while their follower count being 26.9K as of writing the post.

Some points which I noticed:
1. Account is so new that social blade fails to provide any insights on it.
2. The traffic and follower count seem genuine from what I can see from the comments and follower list.
3. There seems to be no ads running as of writing.

And thus, the only obvious question in my mind, how do some pages do it (this page is one example of the many I had seen), what can I do to replicate the reach and engagement?
Little insight, I own a blog + shop in gaming niche.

Get a big page to like your reel and it will be pushed to their followers.

I'll try that method thanks. but even so this big of a push on just first reel is crazy. .

This traffic can come from other social medias too, like if you get your shop promoted via a popular youtuber or in general any other traffic method outside of IG

The page owner could have an authority page somewhere and once they like and tag, people follow also
