Trustpilot reviews are constantly being deleted

Trustpilot reviews are constantly being deleted This really pisses me off. So we definitely don't get paid reviews, our real customers write reviews.

We want to increase the number of reviews, but unfortunately, continuous reviews are deleted.

we don't want to get paid reviews. We only want our customers to write comments. But it is being deleted, what should we do.

Also, I got comments from 2 people from the market, it was deleted after 1 week and 10 days.
I only got 1 review as a trial.

This is a well known issue. It's unfortunately a business model from TrustPilot. Non-paying-subscribers are getting their reviews deleted. When you receive a call from their sales staff, you will get the offer to purchase the minimum of 12 months deal and get your reviews back.

I also experienced the same thing. It got so bad that they threatened to ban my TrustPilot account saying they were fake reviews (I never purchased any).

Yes! On both sides - both as subscriber and not.

In my opinion, TrustPilot is a dead website. If anyone actually makes a decision based on it, he's crazy.

Don't keep sending your customers there, you are just sending them free traffic and they don't even respect that.

Just keep create reviews and report them. They will remove your site, we have done this with multiple sites that has been removed. You will just have this on your profile:

They don't remove it according to their policy. but when it is an illegal sector, they remove our website from there.
