Can't login with Facebook

Hi,

I have a bunch of FB accs and want to use them to register Instagram but everytime I use login with Facebook, it show Error 429 (Even in first attempt). Tried in UC with proxy and changing user-agent, and also with antidetect browser and result are all alike.
Is there anyone have a workaround this? I even tried with my main account on my own IP and still does not work. It's seem like this happen on browser only because when I tried with my phone, no issue.

Ain't work. Like I said, I try proxy/VPN, so it might not the problem. Tried again with UC/anti-detect browser and still won't work.
