Ad Account Falsely Disabled

I'm a media buyer who used to focus solely on TikTok ads but have since moved over to facebook. Today I created my first business account and an ad account under that business account. I have never used fb ads before or done any black/grey hat activities on fb. I added my payment method to my ad account (my credit card) and was instantly given a pop-up stating my ad account had been disabled.

Since I'm new to facebook and have never done anything that would result in a valid ban, I'm confused as to why its done this.

I have nowhere I can appeal or try to contact anyone to help me with this issue so I'm a bit stuck as to what I can do. Is there a way for me to create a new facebook account and start from scratch without getting banned for having multiple accounts? Any help will be greatly apprecaited.

some peeps recommend adding a new admin to the ad acc and ad with this account the payment method

So so strange. Makes no sense from a business pov, why ban someone without reason who might generate your business more $?

That is the current state of Facebook. Newly created accounts will be banned almost immediately after performing ad preparation tasks. The only advice here is that you can try changing the proxy and verifying the business. Then wait for about 2-3 hours and then do the next task

Look up how much FB had to pay in fines. I think missing out on a few million with strict filters is worth it on their end. I don't agree with it, but I can't blame them.

With that said, just make a new ad account. Wait a few days, be active on FB, and it should be fine.... until you do or don't get banned again. That's pretty much how FB is these days.

That's rough. I think it might be best to just carry on with a new account at this point. Perhaps you could try your luck with additional assistance over on the Hire a Freelancer section, someone on there may have some valuable advice or workaround for such a scenario. Best of luck.

Unfortunately I couldn't even verify the business, didn't give me the option as I tried doing it as the first step after creating the business manager.

It doesn't allow me to make a new ad account under the same business manager, it's 'greyed out' all options to create a new ad account or make any changes so the account itself is pretty much dead. I've made a new facebook account entirely, new business manager and ad account and added a payment method and somehow it seems to be okay so fingers crossed it lets me run with this.

Yeah FB doesn't make sense at all. At least you know that's an option now. Facebook sometimes asks for ID too so make sure that account is under your real name.

Right now i only suggest you rent accounts from ad agency

New accounts will often be banned. You should use an account with a spending history and clean IP or you can rent an agent account and they will help you handle it.
