Facebook is an old platform and it is not "friendly" any more. As for Tiktok, you would not have your ad account disabled unless it actually violated some policies. However, Facebook will disable your ad account at some step: after creating a new ad account, if the profile is NEW; after adding payment method, if your ad account is NEW; etc...
YES, FB will ban your ad account just because one of your asset is NEW. And the best part is, it is not valid enough to be in the policies, it is just a hidden rule.
FB's support is also worse than Tiktok's. The one you will talk to is not a actual support who can fix the problem, they are just hired "messenger" who then will help you "contact internal team". Why? Because in your case for example, the almighty "internal team" will likely reply that your ad account has been disabled - just that. And your "support" will tell you that they don't know the reason because the "internal team" did not tell them why. BS like that.
