I dont know exacly what kind of criteria is this, but the account I used created 2 months ago with no posting activity, or re-posting etc etc just some small amount of follows. Just for your information. Cheers!

Worked for me though. My blog's Twitter account is around 2 months old too. Claimed an exact match web3 domain for my .com blog.
