still pbns are rocking hehe , but soon it would be end as well yet links are not well indexing on pbns mate .

Google has an indexing problem in general. Also, if the content is not indexing, you have to publish better content

all about the content mate , as many seller use spun content so google bots does not crawl crap content .

If pbns are dead then backlinks will also die.
Don't assume these publicly sold links as pbns these are not pbns but link farms advertising as pbns.

Either your domain hasn't expired recently and was in dropped state for some time.
Or
It's a general indexing issue like mentioned by @nakamura
Try using a recently expired domain or get a good one from a trusted vendor, auction.

Long as backlinks continue to remain an important ranking factor PBNs are going to be useful. PBNs, guest posts and niche edits are only going to die when backlinks is entirely replaced with something else.
Though for those using very low quality PBNs or acquiring links from very weak websites with nothing to show for it, backlinks are already dead. Because such links won't help them rank.

yes it can be used and better indexing rates but the pbns shall have good onsite .

A good PBN is currently the most effective LinkBuilding method.
Describe perhaps more broadly what You have in mind and what concerns You have.
Currently, the strongest links from PBN are from homepage. In this case, there is no problem with indexation and re-indexation if there are strong backlinks to the homepage.

I think it’s going down the wire! It’s just the last rights because although Google cannot detect PBN, it can now detect suspicious link profiles or shady link-building which is perhaps to be awarded with no indexation, or just rapid Spambrain action.

I have seen numerous SEOs panicking in the 15 yrs of my SEO career. As long as backlinks are going to be a ranking factor PBNs will work
Difference is just between a good PBN and bad PBN, simple. It's not rocket science to create good PBNs which will give super charged backlinks. Yes, it costs money.
