END OF PBN ERA

The only way PBN ends is if the Search engine decides not to take backlinks as any variable that decides site ranking.
problem if they do this, there is no other variable better than backlink to show a good website.
Maybe someday when they have sentient A.I. and computer capable to analyze every website content that exists, new website included then can rank it based on the user search preference

No, I don't think that way, PBN is still reliable so it's not the end of the PBN era,also, it's still working well.

There is no end, depending on how you build and manage your PBNs

Difference is just between a good PBN and bad PBN, simple. It's not rocket science to create good PBNs which will give super charged backlinks. Yes, it costs money.
