If your's is a fairly new Google Ads account, then the above would NOWADAYS most probably result in an account suspension.
Think from Google Ads algorithms "point of view". Google Ads algorithm will "think" : "Hey !!! This is a new advertiser and his campaign hence does not have enough of traction / data for him to do any analysis for him to just do an (auto) increase of 5% EVERY HOUR, this look pretty suspicious, so let us suspend this account".
And, also in reality, do you think a legit advertiser selling a legit product (or service) would actually set an auto increase of budget by 5% EVERY HOUR ???.
Google Ads churners and burners like us would ideally want a nice high budget even in a new Google Ads account. Seasoned blackhatters have their ways of setting a chunky daily budget in a new Google Ads account, right from the start. It requires creativity combined with experience.
But, do that safely without raising a suspicion in the "eyes" of the algorithms of Google Ads.
In other words, such actions which indeed appear suspicious to the algorithms of Google Ads, better be avoided, in order to remain on a safer side, especially nowadays.

In a new Google Ads account, to remain on a safer side, ideally start a campaign with less than US$20 daily budget and after 2 to 3 days, set an auto daily budget increase of 12% to 15%. Do not make too many changes too fast to a campaign or to the Google Ads account, to remain on a safer side.
As you become seasoned & experienced, then if you add creativity to this part, you may get to imagine how seasoned blackhatters do this part.

Hi, thank you for the detailled response and for time. One more question please: will it be consider safe to lunch the compaigne with 50 or 100$/day. My approach will be lunch a warm up safe video compagne with nothing to do with my real keyword/compagne, 3/4$ / day, for 3 days, than seconde video compagne with 10$/day for 1/2 days, and finnaly lunch my real grey (IPTV) compagne for 50$/day. Do you find it to make sinse, is there any flows in my approach. thank you in advance for your time

The amount does matter. There are hidden spend caps on every account starting out, that you can’t surpass until X amount of days without triggering a suspension. Every google rep can see them, and the limit increases faster or slower based on different reasons. My accounts get unlimited spend in 10 days with my method, but I am not just some black hat guy. Fortunately, I have someone to tell me exactly when I’m free to increase, but for those that don’t, I’d assume no one here. Best advice I can give is start at $50 per day, do it for one week. Move on to the next spend tier, wait some days, increase again. Then there is an odd magic number to hit before you’re allowed “unlimited” spend. As for the other numbers before that, I will keep to myself. But I can assure you the caps are real. You can of course start at $200 per day or more and get away with it. I used to do the same before I knew any better. But as someone that hasn’t had a suspended account since 2014… $50/day is where to start, walk it up from there.

Last couple of weeks it was 50/50 i'd say, quite random, but usually yes,

today i didn't check

Let it spend for at least 2 days with $5 daily before you increase it.
