Probably nothing quite like that available on purchase. I can imagine it can be coded though, but it'd be tricky to determine exactly what makes a ghost follower unless you're just talking about profiles who haven't logged in for a long while or doesn't interact with your posts and such.

Determining whether an account is fake or real can be a difficult task for a bot. However, doing it manually can be more efficient by factors such as the username, number of posts, dates of posts, profile picture, etc.

Unless your program has inside information of which accounts are specifically bots, it would be difficult to set the parameters of what constitutes as "ghost followers". But yeah, it sounds feasible at the very least. If you need some coding assistance on that, you can post on the Hire a Freelancer section if you haven't already.
