Before anyone says anything, remember what site we are on... we know selling an Etsy shop is "against their TOS" 90% of what we learn here is against Google or other TOS.
I am trying Flippa but not working well. People seem to just want to buy advertising websites where they dont have to do anything.
I have a legitimate business selling items on Etsy. Even if everything is outsourced and you don't have to touch any product and just answer customers, I am finding it hard.

Any other brokers that are good at selling Etsy shops? I don't want to just abandon this 4 year profitable store (Made $115K last year gross), but I've grown tired of it and want to move on to other projects.

Yeah why aren't you listing it here, or at least share with us what you had in mind for price?
And what's your plan to not get found out by Etsy - is the account owned by an LLC that you can hand over?

yes its under the LLC. The easiest way is open another bank account under the same name

I never thought of listing here but BHW are bargain shoppers haha. I dont think I'd get the industry standard of 2-3x (24-36 months return). Empire flippers claims they get those numbers but they dont sell Etsy stores. And not about to sell a 4 year old profitable store for only 1 years worth of profit, that sad.
