Issue with hire a freelancer

So basically I was able to create a thread here but un-able to reply or DM the individual who contacted me due to have insufficient privileges, which is really frustrating! Just thought I’d bring that to your attention, extremely annoying for both parties

Yes but I don’t think you understand, I have made less than 15 posts so I cannot DM. It should have prevented me from being able to create a thread if I am un-able to reply on the thread I created lol. Also un-able to DM the people who interact with said thread.
