Dispute against @seo_alexa002

I am filing a dispute against a seller "seo_alexa002 " who has not fulfilled their part of the agreement. we have been unable to resolve the issue amicably and now i'm taking it to the mods of bhw.
I have paid "seo_alexa002" 30 usdt for a service he was selling, after 15 days of delays and all kind of excuses I asked for a refund and he stopped responding.
Please check attached pictures as proof.

This user promotes his review service in HAF.

Before buying, I asked him if the profiles have real names and if they look real, he said yes.

The names have the same first name and same last name. Example: Jumali Jumali.

These are not regional names and they're all fake names.

I also asked him to post 1 per day and he agreed to it.

I sent him the first 25 out of 100 to do and he uploaded only 10 and he did it all on the same day.

I have asked him for a refund and he is not responding.

I'd like my money back from this user but I see he is banned.

Posting this to warn others.
