How do you think I can increase the number of clicks on a campaign? If I set the cost per click manually and set the lowest price tag?

The Account ID number AND the email ID are clearly visible in your screenshot. So, some badass narcissist (and perhaps blackhat) internet marketer may TRY to throw darts at your Microsoft Bing Ads accounts. In such screenshots, always blur out any information which can identify the ad, etc account.
