oh and after 8 days total it changed to US based?
correct. but still not see meta verified under my account and i'm still on the waitlist/

You got a US based account? And if the answer is yes how long did it took for the account to be based on in the US after you saw US ads?

It is gradually being extended to all users and just get on the waitlist and wait.
The guy from Meta told me that she is from the United States and Meta Verified arrived only last week.

After 8 days, i saw that the location of the account was switched to USA, after couple of days i saw USA ads, and finaly today after 20 days, i got my invitation. Paid and send the identification and confirmed for about 5 minutes, this method works 100%, thanks for the thread writer for this perfect instruction. My setup was simple, iOS device without SIM with proxy config that i saw in this thread, i turned off location services, and i didnt used any app to spoof location, and worked perfect, with a lot of patience, today im verified. Looking forward for any idea how to use in my main phone without loosing the tick. Thanks for help once more to @nakamura . Awsome work.
