I have an Instagram account that was turned on once and I couldn't register, and now this option is turned off again. Now I want to turn this option on again, so I changed the base account to America again, but it didn't work. Contact support. When I sent a message, they said that we have put an algorithm that if an account wants to change the country, it will come to a country that is not supported and then come back to a country that is supported. That account no longer has the ability to turn on meta-verification. Do you have a way to solve this problem for accounts? Thank you very much

I have a question, i have a phone no sim. I will connect to the wifi at my home. So I change proxy4g after connect to the wifi , right?

yes, exactly. you can't connect to the proxy without internet/wifi anyway. Its just important there is no sim inside the phone.

It is caused by the fact that there is no technology to precisely detect geo-location for a given IP address.

Not sure if the method is still working. It definitley worked for me one year ago multiple times. I don't think Meta changed their approach to detect geo location.
Basically, its very easy: Remove the sim card, connect to your home Wifi, turn on the 4G mobile proxy (USA), use a service like imyfone anyto to change your gps location, download Instagram, log in. No need to post anything, just login check IG every day while having the 4G mobile proxy activated.
Also, delete any other app on your ipad/iphone. Especially Meta apps. Why? Because they are tracking everything. If app XYZ has the Meta/Facebook SDK integrated, they get your data as well. Do not open Facebook or any other account that is connected to your IG on your main phone.

so at the end you kept targeting Att ASN and getting ips from different cities in the us but your gps was based in new york , right ?

Still got it. Never had any problem. Signed up May 2023 and still got it. Even changed my profile photo and so on and got reviewed again even tho I was in South Korea.
