CPA link cloak on TikTok

Guys please help me, I used Google Sites as a cloaker and put there a dating smartlink and then linked it to my tiktok adult account but when you click it you see a warning message and it just doesnt work.
Please tell me how I can solve it, I read different info and people are saying that google sites is a nice free cloaking method and It just doesnt redirect for me and marks it as a violent link.
