need ability to have IP's in SPECIFIC States


Most private proxy sellers offer 2 locations with their packages, sometimes one.


1 - Is buying cheap VPS servers a retarded solution or does it make any sense for getting geo-specific IPS

2 - do you have a better way, or a service whill sells private proxies from specific locations?
