i just tested with 3 different accounts, and i can do everything without hitting any limits, i mean like limitt is back to 300 an hour again, and i can comment dm and do other things the way i was doing before and also many people say that they didn't hit any limits at all, so these stuff got back to normal maybe like 30 minutes ago so i cannot say if it's gonna be normal like this from now on.

maybe there might be some other errors but it's at least a sign that thing will go back to normal completly pretty soon, at least the first step has been made.

Let us correct the presumption.
Twitter is back to normal FOR THE TIME BEING (TEMPORARILY).
All social media platform's "performance" are nowadays managed by AI algorithms, and these platforms employ lazy incapable fat asses who keep fingering the algorithms non-stop.
So, it will be normal for around 24 hours and then f__ked up 24 days and again normal for 24 hours and f__ked up for 24 days and so on.
And with reference to Twitter, it's day to day scene just simply depends on whether Elon Musk has a sweet dream or a nightmare the previous night.

No, some of the limits are still in place, especially on non verified accounts. I made 2 new accounts today, suspended for liking more than 5 posts.
We still can't see Tweets without logging in.
There are still rate limits.

I won't call that normal.

Not here. All my accounts limited. May be a regional thing perhaps, your limits are higher.

no i spammed the sh*t out of the platform wih multiple accounts and im still able to use it without hitting any kind of limits. i surely viewed more than 1000 posts with my 2 days old unverified account and didnt hit the limit on that account as well

twitter should remove the mandatory login to view tweets.
my most of the traffic lands from google organic search queries to twitter posts. Now, only 5 to 10% people might be having twitter accounts, or signed in into it. Rest of the traffic cannot view my post, and they'll bounce back to google search results page.

UPDATE: daily like limit is only around 400 in total, so it was 300 likes per hour and now it's only around 400-450 an hour. this is what it is right now actually
