I seen their cheap trustpilot reviews service thread and contacted the seller to order a 10 review test after discussing a potential 100 review order with them

They promised they can send 3-4 reviews per day with 1 month replacement guarantee. https://prnt.sc/H8JbH4lJ8wHg

After i seen some negative comments on the thread i stopped responding but he was very pushy so i changed my mind and gave them a chance with the small 10 review order.

Seller stated 0-2% drop rate https://prnt.sc/tm8cNkn4Fu4y (so it should be impossible for the only 2 reviews they posted to instant drop right? lol)

First 2 reviews was posted the same day i ordered on the 27th June

2 Days later on the 29th June i asked for an update as nothing else was sent in which the seller replied "let me check" and then didnt send any update

July 1st both 2 reviews dropped and still had no update on my previous concern - i informed the seller about this and requested a refund. Seller stated there was delay due to EID despite previously confirming there would be no delays and the requirement of 3-4 reviews per day could easily be met. Seller stated they will be back to work today (June 1st) and the order will be completed - he said if there is any further drop then he will refund

July 2nd - still no reviews posted, requested a refund again

July 3rd - Seller stated already started posting and ignored my refund request, ive checked the trustpilot listing and still no reviews received - i informed the seller nothing has been received still and asked for a refund again to which he has now rejected

Seems like many others have had the same experience with this seller, the $30 is small and not anything to worry about but im sure the seller has probably done this with many others

Information For The Accused
@Richmann you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. we offer 1 month replacement warranty for our client and we already made 4 review but they dropped and we offer him replacement and if this replacement again drop we will refund . its our policy but the client is asking for refund before replacement. i am ready to provide replacement.

you can see only @SocialFire has an issue with me and the other person is not a client of me he already got his refund and just want to warm up the situation. I will send a refund to @SocialFire as soon as possible.

now hes saying same thing again and delaying with the refund saying hes waiting to receive a payment - clearly spent the funds

honestly i do not think this seller should have any services being sold on this forum, completley unprofessional and cannot even process a refund until he scams someone else
 
Yes, their service is very slow and perfunctory, and the price is very expensive, I ordered their review service once. 7 days, only 10 comments were written, and it was done under my daily urging.

His service is too slow.
 
My worry is i was about to purchase hundreds of reviews from him, but having issues with just a test order of 10

If he cannot refund $30 how would he have made a $300 refund even?

Then im wondering how many people have actually purchased large quantities and got issues with 0 resolution

I bought 10 reviews, it took 8 days, what a waste of time.
