I have health blog that has 150-180$/month revenue from Adsense(400-450 organic hits per day from only tier 1 countries) and 500-600$/month revenue from guest posts. Website has backlink from menshealth, self.com and it is listed on more than 10 best fitness blogs lists. How can i sell this website quickly and how much is it worth?
I heard about flippa but i couldnt trust it because i have never sold a website and i dont know the process of selling a website.

What is the monthly traffic? does it have a declining or an upward trend?
has the site ever been hit and lost traffic?
why are you not using a better more premium ad network since adsense pays pennies?
is the content original or AI written?
how old is the site?

depend how old the site is and how much stable is the income. if you earn it for at least year at that is the average earning ,than you can sell it 12x or more
i see someone say 30x here, well if your site earn like that for 2-3 year or more than maybe it's posible.
you can put on flippa, and do verification there, than advertise it to sell faster. or put on JV and comission someone to sell it for you

If i would like to sell from here i would buy jr vip but thank you so much for your warning. I just have informations to know realistic estimation for the website and i want to know which platform should i choose to sell it faster.
