I dont want to sell it too but i need fast money to pay my debts and rent.

When did you start earning from the site ? what's the average net profit for the last 6 month ? and the last 12 months ?

I advise you to join a couple of Facebook groups and list your site there.
I did sell some starter sites last year that way.

There are tons of spammy groups on Facebook and i cant trust any people in Facebook. Do you recommend any group on Facebook? And how can you trust the people on facebook? Is there any suggestion to make the trade trustful.

You don't need to trust anyone there, you just have to join and list your site to as many groups as you find ( there are like 4 or 5 I guess) .
Some will accept the listing immediately,others will require the mod to approve.
You only need to take and post screen shots of your site's :
  • G analytics
  • Adsense earnings
  • Webmaster tools
Many people will get back to you and start negotiating, make sure you have your Escrow account ready.
IMO, it's very easy to sell your site over there without having to pay any fee apart from Escrow .

Use empire flippers. Site is worth 24-30x NET monthly profit. Not worth potentially getting scammed from a buyer.
