Same here. I've tried tik tok ads without any prior smm experience. The only way to learn is to burn some cash to see the outcome of the strategy. Alternatively, you can copy presets and parameters from more experienced people. I would say YouTube, reddit or specialized forums would help.

In the last many years, there have been LOTS and LOTS and LOTS of advertisers advertising replica clothes, jerseys, bags, shoes, watches, etc AND lots of scam websites that sell, do not deliver (steal buyer's money) have been using Google Ads to advertise AND Google Ads has been UNABLE to stop the replica advertisers AND Google Ads has been UNABLE to stop the scam websites.
So, due to being unable to stop these, what Google (Google Ads) does nowadays, is straightaway suspend (and also finally suspend) Google Ads accounts that start to run ad campaigns for clothes, bags, shoes, watches, etc, NO MATTER even if the clothes, bags, shoes, watches, etc are not replica and NO MATTER even if it is a legit website.
Therefore, if it is clothes, bags, shoes, watches, etc, then be ready to face account after account suspensions if you'll try to run campaigns for clothes, bags, shoes, watches, etc. The auto-reviews for campaigns are all by their (Google Ads) algorithms, so obviously some slippages occurs sometimes and such campaigns may go live.
