Number of domains that can be used on 1 hosting
The way cloaking +/- is clear. place everything on the server so there are no redirects and you'll be happy

I don't recommend running ads on Google. There are a lot of blocks, especially if the niche is gray. I run Facebook ads to bypass moderation. The results there are much better and cheaper, and most importantly, everything works without blocks. I recommend looking into this option.

You need 100% top-notch cloaking because Google doesn't like gray-area niches, and you need creatives that are as subtle as possible—ones that rely on associations. But I'd actually recommend Facebook; it's easier to work with the nutra niche there.
