Per USB 2.0 it easly can handle 50 but the bottleneck will be 2.0 because it's not full duplex. So I would probably recommend using usb 3.0 hub with 16-18 dongles using usb 3.0 and 10-15 dongles on usb 2.0 port. So I would say ~30 per XU4.

Or just get desktop pc, usb 3.0 pcei card(costs around 120$, dont buy cheap ones, they need to have seperate controller per port), then you can handle 100+ dongles per PC. but on other hand, if that PC faces hardware failure, you will have bigger offline issue than it would be with smaller dongle amount per machine.


I have multiple companies by this point, making it easier to get sim cards, yes. It all depends on country, some countries you can get unlimited prepaid on yourself. I would suggest mixing prepaid and postpaid because you get more subnets by this.


I havent thought about this because I have only a few clients and I know very well their business model and I have no need to either limit them or spy of what they are doing. But yes, you are responsible for what is being done on your dongles. Its a risk.


The only person limiting you is yourself. Never stop and focus at one thing a time.

I'm going to stick with the XU4's for now I think ~30 dongles is a great start that's a lot more than I was expecting and for now I want to keep my pc for all the back end work I'm doing and I think for now it will be easier for me to scale with XU4's and like you said I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket I'd rather spread the risk it will give me back up options in case one XU4 goes down. I can only find an Orico 20 port hub with usb 2.0 though, the max I've found for 3.0 is 10 port so I might just go with the 10 port for now.

I think a well written detailed TOS should cover me for any illegal activity, hopefully it won't happen but best to make sure I'm covered.

I've started buying the hardware which is a great motivation, I don't like wasting money lol so I'll want a return on my investment now. Out of the planning stage into the nitty gritty.

Good luck on scaling mate, I'll keep picking your brain on my way through my own journey if that's ok. I'll try not to bother you with programming questions though that's a learning curve I think and you learn much more by getting it wrong and solving problems.

Take in mind I do not work on this project for last year, it takes 5 minutes a day to reboot servers and scripts tho because I'm lazy to automate this part. Once in couple weeks I need to replace banned domains too.

Exactly. But on the other hand, I have friends making 10k+/week with just simple message spams.

I think it's a combination of scale and execution of it.

If you can send 1m/instagram messages a day you will bank even with shittiest copy you can buy from fiverr for 5$.

If you add AI on top of that, the results will be enormously better.

Add smart landing page, where the girl name matches between instagram profile and website, and it will double everything.

Or add some neat twists as this


and it will increase conversion rate by another 10%.

Im lazy and I use only this one template, I could add more verification pics and it would probably push another 5%.

And I have around 30+ girl profiles I use and I should add statistics to find which one of them are top performing and delete the rest, it would probably add another 10-15% to CR.

So I think its a combination of things, not one specific.

I had my focus elsewhere and CPA earnings dropped a lot, right now around $450/day. Everything is on a single network now, except Tier 3 which is going to a different network earning around $30/day.

It still does not require a lot of maintenance so I don't mind. It's recovering tho as you can see above, almost reaching $500/day(for tier1/tier2). Need to push $150 more to consider fully recovered.

Proxy business is going out of hand, now it's around 25k/month, and next month should reach 30k/month. Opened new locations, this weekend road trip to Poland. Oh kurwa.

Never could imagine how many technical difficulties can pop up when you start to scale these things. Now traffic is around 6 Tb/day.

Found a way to source cheap hardware: you need to go Alibaba and start bargain like you are in an Indian street market, turning down bad offers, without any shame asking for better prices, and going away from the seller if you don't like what you hear. In every proxy DIY guide - suggests Huawei dongles. Those proxy farms selling hardware "wE aRe uSiNg oNlY HuaWei e3372h" I bet none of them have tried ZTE MF79. lmao. hope they wont read this.

For computing devices I still prefer https://www.hardkernel.com/shop/odroid-xu4-special-price/, haven't found anything better or more powerful. Still fighting to find the best PPPS(per port power switches) but it's only because of my perfectionism and isn't really a requirement.

Started to rent out Mac M1 machines too, demand is there for sure, not many suppliers in EU zone with decent latency for them to be easy to use. If you ask why, I consider Mac M1 to be the best stealth and anti-fingerprint solution to be used right now if you want to use/automate instagram or any other social using web clients. Good proxies and clean fingerprints guarantee free Gmail account creation without the need for any PVA.

Again tried to hire a developer, will see how it will go this time. Already forgot how annoying this process is, in the past months I've tried to work with more than 5-6 people and till now not a single one of them could meet my expectations. And it's not even the engineering skills they lack but the problem-solving aspect. My plan is to rebuild my engineering team this year so I need to keep searching.

Just finished(hopefully) a complicated setup for my friend where he needed to connect Android phones via PC and route them through proxy. What sounds like an easy task, in reality, was 2-week long testing and development run. It's all fun and games when you need to connect few phones, the real stuff comes out when you want to connect 100 phones per PC

We think today it finally worked. Will see. Can't talk much about it, Non-Disclosure is my middle name.

He’s using his setup and his own sexting AI Kira to DM people on I think at least 2 different platforms. Convinces them to go to his prelander and then sign up for the CPA offer.

But tbh reading his journeys is super insightful and will teach you a lot more than my 2 sentences above, so if you find yourself on an extended train ride or a flight maybe you’ll find the time

I dont plan to get rich. I would be happy with just 200-300€/$ additional income a month.

Almost, but some details are missing to get started.

@Dresden also started something similar but no updates atm.
And again, not enough details to even start doing something similar.

Ther are so many things unclear in this method and so many unanswered questions, thats why its so hard to start.
Even to make 10$ a day using the method.
